1 large sweet onion
2 red and/or orange bell peppers

12 oz. Package Mueller’s Reduced Carbohydrate Spaghetti
2 oz. Can sliced ripe olives
2-3 oz. Sliced mushrooms
26 oz. Can Hunt’s Roasted Garlic & Onion Spaghetti Sauce
12 oz. Thawed Morningstar Farms Sausage Style Recipe Crumbles
8 oz. Thawed Morningstar Farms Chick’n Strips

Directions:

Dice peppers, onions and chick’n strips. Cook until soft and starting to brown in a large skillet over medium heat with 3 oz. olive oil and two teaspoons of lemon pepper. Stir in the remaining ingredients, salt to taste and simmer while the pasta is boiling – 12-15 minutes. Drain pasta and layer in the boiling pot with the sauce. Simmer for 30-60 minutes.
